You have to make it up every day, and be careful who you let in it.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Feelings are like children. You don\u2019t put them in the trunk, and you don\u2019t let them drive the car.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">When you are wrong, promptly admit it. When you are right, shut up.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">If you have to fight monsters, don\u2019t become a monster in the process.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Faith is hope with&nbsp;a good track record.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Don\u2019t believe everything you think.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">I go to meetings so I don\u2019t have to think alone.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li class=\"\">Self care is not vanity, it\u2019s sanity.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">See also the conference-approved Al-Anon slogans at <a href=\"https:\/\/al-anon.org\/for-members\/members-resources\/literature\/al-anon-slogans\/\">Al-Anon Slogans &#8211; Al-Anon Family Groups<\/a>.
