(12\/31\/2025) while you are around everything.<\/li>\n<li class=\"\">I&#8217;ve tried everything. The only thing I haven&#8217;t tried yet is nothing. (3\/11\/2025)<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">I pray for your health and happiness, you S.O.B. (Prayer for someone we resent.)<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">I admitted I am powerless over alcohol, no matter who it is in.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">What is the one thing you cannot tell a drunk? Anything.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">The suggestions are all free. The only ones you pay for are the ones you don&#8217;t take.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">When you are wrong, promptly admit it. When you are right, shut up.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">The Steps keep me from suicide. The Traditions keep me from homicide.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">GEMS = Gratitude, Exercise, Meditation, Sleep<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">Al-Anon won\u2019t get you in to heaven\u2026 but it will get you out of hell.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">I can trust myself to take care of myself.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\"><strong>Denial is the shock-absorber of the soul.\u00a0<\/strong><\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">Your mind is like your bed. You have to make it up every day, and be careful who you let in it.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">Feelings are like children. You don&#8217;t put them in the trunk, and you don&#8217;t let them drive the car.<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">FEAR = Forgetting Everything&#8217;s All Right<\/li>\n\n<li class=\"\">I don&#8217;t feel so broken like I did before committing to this program.
