{"id":1,"date":"2018-03-26T21:37:25","date_gmt":"2018-03-26T21:37:25","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/serenity4me.net\/\/?p=1"},"modified":"2024-07-07T16:24:54","modified_gmt":"2024-07-07T16:24:54","slug":"hello-world","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/serenity4me.net\/index.php\/2018\/03\/26\/hello-world\/","title":{"rendered":"Rights and Responsibilities"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><em>From the Al-Anon Forum magazine<\/em><\/p>\n<p>As I try to live the Al-Anon program each day , I find myself with the right to and\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0for a new set of values and attitudes , I still have the right to become upset but I find that I also have the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to turn away from anger.<br \/>\n<strong><br \/>\n<\/strong>I have the right to be supportive of others but the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0for not taking over their lives and problems.<\/p>\n<p>I have the right to discuss and the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0not to lecture . I have the right to look back but the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to look forward.<\/p>\n<p>I have the right to learn a better way to live and the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to share it with others. I have the right to expect happiness but the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to create it.<\/p>\n<p>I have the right to be understood and the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to be understanding. I have the right to dignity with out sophistication and serenity with out superiority.<\/p>\n<p>I have the right to live and the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to let live, I have the right to take it easy and\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to make it easy to take.<\/p>\n<p>I have the right to live one day at a time, and the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to make the most of each day .<\/p>\n<p>Finally I have the right to let go , and the\u00a0<span class=\"il\">responsibility<\/span>\u00a0to let God.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>From the Al-Anon Forum magazine As I try to live the Al-Anon program each day , I find myself with the right to and\u00a0responsibility\u00a0for a new set of values and attitudes , I still have the right to become upset but I find that I also have the\u00a0responsibility\u00a0to turn away from anger.
